**Welcome to Your Riding Journey at Central Oregon Riding Academy!**
Congratulations on completing your consultation lessons! We are thrilled to have you as part of our riding community and excited to continue helping you grow as a rider. Below, you’ll find important information on how to set up your monthly lessons, our scheduling process, and what to expect as a student at Central Oregon Riding Academy.
**1. Setting Up Your Monthly Lessons**
Now that you’ve completed your consultation lesson, it’s time to set up your regular monthly lessons. Here’s how to get started:
- **Select Your Preferred Days and Times:** Decide how many times a week you’d like to ride (once or twice) and your preferred days and times.
**Payment and Scheduling Tiers:**
1. **Monthly Scheduling and Payment:**
- At the beginning of each month, students are invited to select their preferred lesson dates.
- To ensure priority scheduling, payment for the selected dates must be made by the **1st of the month**. Students who pay by this date will have the first choice of available lesson slots.
2. **Payment Tiers and Scheduling Access:**
- **Tier 1:** Students who pay by the 1st of the month will be given priority access to choose their lesson dates.
- Within Tier 1, students who take lessons **twice a week** will have the first opportunity to select their dates, followed by students who take lessons **once a week**.
- **Tier 2:** Students who pay after the 1st may only select from the remaining available dates after Tier 1 students have chosen.
- There is no discount for payments made after the 1st, and lesson availability is not guaranteed.
3. **Late Payment and Cancellations:**
- If a student has not paid for their lessons by the 5th of the month, their previously selected lesson dates will be released, and they must choose from any remaining available slots after other students have selected.
- Frequent cancellations or changes without valid reasons may result in a review of the student’s ability to pre-select dates in the future.
4. **Commitment to Lessons:**
- Due to high demand and limited slots, we ask for a commitment to your selected lesson dates. We understand that emergencies happen, but consistent cancellations may affect future scheduling privileges.
5. **New Students:**
- We currently have limited availability for new students. Open slots will be offered to students who have adhered to the payment and scheduling policy.
By implementing this new payment policy, we aim to provide a fair and efficient scheduling process, ensuring that all our students receive the best possible riding experience. **2. Commitment and Cancellation Policy**
- **Commitment to Your Lessons:** We encourage our students to commit to their selected dates to maintain consistency in their training and progress. Repeated cancellations can disrupt the learning process and affect your future scheduling privileges.
**Cancellation Policy for Riding Lessons**
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. To help us provide the best experience for all our riders, please note the following cancellation policy:
1. **Rescheduling with 48 Hours' Notice:** If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you can do so without any penalty if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. We will work with you to find a suitable time within the same week to reschedule the lesson.
2. **Cancellations within 24 to 48 Hours:** If you cancel a lesson between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will still have the opportunity to reschedule within the same week. However, availability may be limited, and we cannot guarantee a specific time slot.
3. **Cancellations within 24 Hours:** If you cancel a lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full lesson fee will be charged. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer rescheduling options for cancellations made within this period.
By booking a lesson, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
